Plot:
Three close friends Alby (Unni Mukundan), an adventure trip enthusiast, Imran Khan (Anu Mohan), a cameraman cum video editor and Pearle (Pearle Maaney), a journalist set out on a trip to Saathan kunnu, an unexplored forest area, where it's said to be those who went there never came back.
Positives:
The plot has a fresh feel which is almost new to the Malayalam film industry.
Some of the visuals by Ajayan Vincent looks good.
The mood of the movie is a horror - thriller mood which works at parts.
Negatives:
Performances from the lead actors. Unni Mukundan has shed a lot of weight for the movie, kudos to the dedication. But it seems he still need to learn the art of acting. Anu Mohan and Pearle were irritating as well.
Weak script and direction.
Wonder why the visuals and footage from TV channels has been cut and paste in the movie.
Songs and BGM doesn't even make the slightest impact.
